Real ale group Camra members Tracy Ellis and Phil Woodward have opened a new Ellis Wood brewery at Hinckley in Leicestershire, England.
The new 5.5 British barrel brewery includes two fermenting vessels, which can produce about 2,800 pints per week, reports thisisleicestershire.co.uk.
Royal Navy former gunner Tracy Ellis told the website that the Ellis Wood is the only brewery in Hinckley and the first for more than 100 years.
"It's three weeks from brewing to selling and the first one we're producing is called Just One More, a 4.2% pale ale with blackcurrant and grapefruit undertones," Ellis added.
The brewery will participate at the Market Bosworth Rail Ale Festival, which will held between 26 to 28 July, 2013 at Bosworth Railway Station.
The ale festival will showcase about 40 beers and 15 ciders.
