Honda has introduced the 2016 Honda Pilot SUV which features advanced technology and more premium attributes.
The car is powered by 3.5-liter, direct-injected i-VTEC V-6 engine which can be further enhanced with Variable Cylinder Management cylinder deactivation technology.
The Idle Stop technology in the vehicle shuts the engine when the vehicle is stopped which makes it more fuel efficient.
Pilot also provides six and nine speed automatic transmission and will be available in front-wheel and all-wheel-drive configurations.
Honda has given a modern, sleek, yet commanding and muscular look to the car which can be further enhanced by the addition of optional brighter and more efficient LED projector headlights, 20-inch wheels and a panoramic roof option.
The car also features an Android based 8-inch touchscreen Display Audio telematics interface and Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System.
For entertainment auto maker has added a 9-inch rear entertainment system with DVD.
The safety and driver-assistive technologies include Blind Spot Indicators, Multi-Angle Rear View Camera, Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), and Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS).
