The ethnic cuisine arm of Associated British Foods, AB World Foods, has extended its Patak's range with a range of Indian stir fry sauces.
Available in three variants; Bengali coconut (mild), Punjabi 5 Spice (medium), and Goan Hot & Sour (hot), the range has been designed to offer a healthy Indian meal option, the company said.
The sauces, which combine "the health benefits and convenience of a conventional stir fry using a popular authentic Indian cooking method", are available in 140g packs designed for two people.

A subtle blend of poppy seeds and coconut with warm spices (turmeric, chilli and mustard)
Inspired by the traditional East Indian Bengali ‘Aloo Posto' which is eaten as a side dish in every household in the state of west Bengal. ‘Aloo' means potato and ‘Posto' means poppy
