Global packaging company AGI-Shorewood has unveiled its new name ASG (AGI Shorewood Group), along with its latest visual identity.
ASG marketing and business development vice president John Barker said the rebrand is expected to further the company's mission to be the specialty printing and packaging solutions supplier for its customers.
"ASG will continue to focus on our core business of specialty packaging, as well as building sub-brands devoted to global creative services and innovative plastic products," Barker said.
The company has locations in North America, Asia, Europe and Latin America.
In January 2012, Atlas Holdings has announced the closing of its agreement with International Paper to combine their consumer-packaging solutions businesses. As a result, AGI World and Shorewood Packaging have become AGI-Shorewood, a global specialty packaging business.
