Wine Guardian, a business arm of New York-based Air Innovations and a manufacturer of commercial grade wine cellar cooling systems, has added two new, redesigned humidifier models to its portfolio.

Designed for wine cellars, the new humidifiers can be easily installed as freestanding unit or integrated units, and can be operated easily.

The freestanding humidifier features a sealed, plug-in transformer and lead cord that allows the unit to operate independently. It uses 15 volt power and can be mounted on the wall, in the rack or be surface mounted. It can be used with Wine Guardian's Through-the-Wall cooling system or with any other wine cooling systems.

The integrated units are placed on either side of Wine Guardian's ducted split systems. They use 24 volt power that is derived from the Wine Guardian cooling system.

All the models of humidifiers are made from commercial grade, lightweight, corrosion-resistant materials, and feature digital controls to sense and control the amount of moisture, and evaporative drip pad system for easy maintenance.

Wine Guardian division manager Michael Militi said, "Our humidifiers feature sleek, modern designs to match today's wine cellar lifestyle and are designed to deliver superior performance and reliability, to ensure that our clients' fine wine collection ages at its finest."
