SATO, a provider of barcode printing, labeling and EPC/RFID solutions, said that its sales office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam has been officially opened.
SATO president and CEO Kaz Matsuyama said Vietnam is a top market for SATO, as they have already been operating locally for a number of years.
"To meet this growth, the opening of our office will allow us to introduce AIDC technology to a broader audience, faster. And it complements our factory which manufactures label printers and hand labelers," Matsuyama said.
The company, for the last eight years, has been operating a manufacturing factory in Hanoi and providing the locally based companies with auto-identification and data collection (AIDC) solutions through an established network of business partners.
