Laiwu Steel Group produced steel,pig iron and steel products of 14.112 million tonnes,14.488 million tonnes and 14.159 million tonnes separately in 2011,increasing by 12.8%,7.4%and 13.4%over the same period last,realizing pre-tax profits of CNY 4.91 billion and total profits of CNY 2.526 billion.
Currently,Laiwu Steel Group is capable of producing steel of 14 million tonnes per year.
In the first ten months of 2012,Laiwu Steel produced pig iron,crude steel and steel products of 11.9976 million tonnes,12.0279 million tonnes and 12.352 million tonnes severally with separate year-on-year growth of 1.39%,1.22%and 1.23%
