US-based Catbridge has expanded its converting machinery product line with the introduction of a new modular duplex slitter rewinder system.
The company has developed new 900-M duplex center winder for flexible packaging industry.
Catbridge’s new machine can be installed to handle different primary films, flexible packaging laminations, and papers.
The duplex slitter rewinder can also be assembled as per the customer needs. It offers multiple slitting methods and unwind options.
According to the company, the new system is available with multiple productivity features and different configurations.
Catbridge has equipped advanced technologies to enable the new machine to work round the clock.
The user-friendly control system is said to coordinate functions, helping operators to carry out production and maintenance tasks effectively.
Catbridge said that the converters can trial the new machine at the slitting lab in its Montville facility.
