UK-based pasta producer Ugo Foods has launched first Italian street food - Arancini in partnership with Waitrose.
Arancini is hand-made balls of traditional Italian risotto packed with Italian ingredients and coated in crispy breadcrumbs. It is available in packs of six exclusively at Waitrose.
The Arancini are developed and hand-made by Dell'Ugo's executive head development chef Steve Walpole.
The new line of Dell'Ugo Street Food will be available nationwide in Waitrose and at Ocado from the beginning of July with a RRP of £2.99.
