Car Charging Group and Good Earth Energy Conservation Announced New Marketing Initiative

Car Charging Group, a nationwide provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging services, and Good Earth Energy Conservation, a subsidiary of Numbeer and the manufacturer of the Firefly ESV, a zero-emissions, three-wheeled utility and commercial delivery EV, announced their new joint marketing initiative.

As part of this initiative, CarCharging and Good Earth will collaborate to promote each company's products and services through combined marketing and sales efforts.

CarCharging is a pioneer in the EV charging industry and with its recent acquisition of the Blink Network and Blink EV charging stations, the company became the largest EV charging services company. CarCharging owns and operates more than 13,430 charging points in 35 states and three countries, as well as the software that operates, monitors, and tracks the Blink stations and all of its charging data. CarCharging provides a comprehensive turnkey program to commercial and residential property owners for EV charging services. CarCharging owns and operates the EV charging equipment; manages the installation, maintenance, and related services; and shares some of the EV charging revenue with the property owner. Thereby, eliminating most capital costs for the property owners, and providing a potential additional revenue stream.

Good Earth's main product offering is the Firefly, three-wheeled utility and commercial delivery electric vehicles. The Firefly is zero-emissions, high-performance, low-cost, low-maintenance, affordable EV created specifically to meet the needs of the essential services market, including parking enforcement, security, delivery, and maintenance vehicles. Firefly was conceived, designed, engineered, and built entirely in the United States, and uses the longer life cycle lithium iron phosphate battery. Its groundbreaking technology and software provide unsurpassed performance, making it highly energy efficient. The Firefly gets 60+ miles per charge and performs at speeds up to 45 mph. The Firefly is more affordable than its gas-powered competitors. Firefly enables cities to enhance revenue generation while simultaneously lowering operating costs.

"CarCharging and Good Earth share a common business interest in furthering the growth of the EV industry," said Michael D. Farkas, CEO of CarCharging. "We are delighted to introduce the Firefly to our municipal and commercial partners and provide EV charging services for these zero-emissions, high-performance utility EVs."

"Good Earth is committed to providing municipalities and businesses with pollution-free vehicles that exceed performance and provide cost savings," said James Emmons, CEO of Good Earth. "We are delighted to work with CarCharging and their high-caliber partners to cross-promote the Firefly and CarCharging's EV charging services."
