Toshiba America Medical Systems, a provider of diagnostic imaging systems, has inaugurated a new $3m MR Research Center in Irvine, California, US.
Toshiba's MR Research Center allows domestic and international customers to use its MR systems including the Vantage Titan 3T wide-bore MR and various Vantage Titan 1.5T MR system configurations.
The MR Research Center also provides customers to gain experience about the technology configurations, which Toshiba is considering for purchase.
Toshiba MR business unit director Stuart Clarkson said the goal of the MR Research Center is to fuel research with the company's customer partners in order to advance MR imaging, and to offer customers an exceptional, hands-on training experience.
"Toshiba's investment in the MR Research Center illustrates its commitment to helping customers maximize their MR systems as well as Toshiba's mission to be leaders in innovation," Clarkson added.
