Audatex Canada has signed a long-term strategic partnership agreement with Aviva Canada to continue provision of end-to-end claims processing solutions.
As part of the multi-year agreement, Audatex Canada will supply end-to-end claims processing suite of software to Aviva Canada for management of claims efficiencies.
Audatex Canada managing director Anthony Giagnacovo said the partnership aims to optimize the user experience by improving business processes through provision of more efficient and cost-effective solutions that meet or exceed industry best practices.
"The Audatex platform provides a truly integrated claims process that can lower overall transaction costs, condenses cycle times, and delivers the analytics businesses need today to optimize their operations,'' Giagnacovo added.
Aviva Canada Claims executive vice president Greg Dunn said, "Achieving better business efficiencies will enable us to strengthen relationships with consumers and continue to provide the best customer experience."
Audatex Canada is a wholly owned subsidiary of Solera Holdings, which provides software and services to the global automobile insurance claims processing and collision repair industry.
