Delphi Automotive is to use NXP tuner chips in car radios.
In particular: the SAF775x family of single-chip RF CMOS tuners, NXP´s AM/FM background tuner, and its SAF36xx software defined radio for digital reception.
“This collaboration agreement serves to strengthen more than 20 years of close cooperation,” said Troy Zerbe, v-p of supply management Delphi’s electronics division.
“This agreement marks a new milestone in our collaboration with Delphi,” said Drue Freeman, v-p automotive sales at NXP.
