CLOAK Apparel, Inc. announces that their creative team Terrance Wilson and Johanne Pradel are leaving the company and will no longer lead its creative process or manage its brand. The married couple, who were both founding members of the company, leaves to focus their energy on building their creative studio, COOL CREATIVE, INC.

Mukasa, CLOAK INC CEO and Founder. “In 2008 we stepped into a market that we knew little about, with aspirations to improve the quality of life for those in need.” “Fashion was the vehicle we chose to use to accomplish this mission.”
Over the past four years CLOAK INC has launched several collections including, Positivity Moves I & II, TATÚ – Wearable Art, The ONE Collection and The LOVE Collection. As well, they coordinated several fundraising and social awareness campaigns, all benefiting Haiti. They partnered with several non-profit organizations which include Peace for Haiti and the Mission of Hope.
Today, CLOAK INC’s vision has broadened and supports a diverse mix of causes. As Haiti rebuilds, we will continue to support trust-worthy and transparent Haiti-focused organizations. Ebonie M. Mukasa, says, “We will continue to create interactive ways for our customer base to become Ambassadors of Hope like our 3rd Annual Haiti Solidarity Virtual March taking place on January 12th, 2013. We will continue to design and develop apparel pieces and accessories and organize other community based service projects that inspire love, hope and help.”
