Canada Bread, a manufacturer and distributor of fresh bakery products, has unveiled a new line of gluten-free loaves, Dempster’s Bakery Gluten Zero.
Certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Program (GFCP) as gluten-free, the new loaves include the Whole Grain Loaf and White Loaf.
Claimed to offer a just-out-of-the-oven great taste and moist texture, the product is available at major retailers across Ontario, Eastern Canada and Quebec under the Bon Matin brand in the fresh bakery aisle.
If unopened, it will remain fresh for 21 days and once opened can be enjoyed for up to five days.
Canada Bread brand manager Michelle Dobbyn said, "By displaying the GFCP trademark endorsed by the CCA, the Dempster's Bakery Gluten Zero brand provides consumers with a trusted and easily identifiable source of gluten-free products.
"The recent interest and growing demand for accessible, healthy gluten-free products across all food categories and the desire to continuously innovate fueled our desire to obtaining this quality certification."
