Japanese Tokyo Steel released its list prices for February. The company decided to hike its list prices for all steel products by 3,000/ton for February.
After the adjustment, the company’s ex-factory prices for rebar with diameters of 16mm~25nn are at 57,000/ton; those for H beams with dimensions of 148 x 100-240 x 250 are at 71,000/ton; those for hot rolled plates with thickness of 2.3mm~6mm are at 63,000/ton.
It’s said that Tokyo Steel’s price rise was boosted by continuously rising prices of raw material and steel products.
