Michigan based software services and solutions company SoftPath Technologies is likely to introduce a Pharmaceutical Business Process Automation (PBPA) solution in September 2013.
The tool provides a traditional Point of Sale (POS) Pharmacy Management system, which works with hospital management systems of the clinics as well as the CRM systems of pharmaceutical companies.
SoftPath Technologies spokesperson said the tool has advanced capabilities over traditional outpatient pharmacy management system which automates the process of Patient Management to deliver better overall patient experience.
"It automates the process of Clinical Management within the hospital and helps deliver better overall administrative experience," the spokesperson added.
"Also, it automates the process of Post-Market Drug Analytics for the pharmaceutical companies to help them reach a wider market."
