Capital Resource Alliance announced that it has completed the acquisition of Nate’s Pancakes.
As part of the acquisition Nate's Pancakes is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (the "Merger"). As part of the acquisition, Capital Resources Alliance issued Preferred Stock to the shareholders of Nate's Pancakes.
No common stock will be issued in exchange for the acquisition of Nate's Pancakes. The Company will provide an additional update on the production schedule for Nate's Pancakes in the 2 weeks.
Nate's Pancakes make ready-to-use, pre-mixed pancake and waffle batter delivered in a pressurized shelf stable can.
Our pre-made batter makes light and airy pancakes or waffles that are fun for the entire family to make together, and are a great way to start your day. Nate Steck, who also created Batter Blaster, created Nate's Pancakes.
The Company is currently working on completing its audit and expects to file its Form 10 by June 30.
