My Wonder has launched a Goldilocks story product for its pre-school Wonderbook cube.
This ties in with National Storytelling Week which takes place at the end of January.
Goldilocks and the Three Bears is brought to life with the 12-piece set of material squares for the original Wondercube. It is also accompanied with the printed story so parents can read while their children follow along with the Wonder squares.
The Wondrcube targets newborns to kids aged six years old, and allows little ones to use a variety of skills, senses and develops fine motor skills.
Each square has a different feel and sound to investigate and the pieces can be pulled apart, stuck back together and rearranged in any order.
The Wondercube has been made from organic jersey cotton and is eco-friendly. As well as the soft Wondercube, a solid wooden version is also available which is aimed at older children between the ages of two to six.
Helen Twigge-Molecey, founder of My Wonder, said: “Creating My Wonder and watching it grow has been a wonderful journey. Many parents experience seeing their child’s sheer delight in pulling out wet wipes, so it’s a fantastic feeling to have invented a toy that allows children to experience this joy time and time again.
"The Goldilocks story filler provides a brilliant way for families to enjoy and celebrate National Storytelling Week. It is great that parents can tell a story whilst their little ones play, it creates a wonderful learning experience that is lots of fun too."
The Wondercube was selected in the national Slow Toy Awards and went on sale in Selfridges last year. It's also available on Amazon.co.uk.
Prices start from £17.99 for the Wondercube. The Goldilocks filler and storybook is priced at £12.99.
