The highlight of Loepfe’s participation at this year’s ITMA ASIA + CITME 2014 is the official launch of the new yarn clearer generation YarnMaster ZENIT+.
Since ever, Loepfe’s optical yarn clearers are “built to see more”. Today, the spinning specialists “want to see and know more”. To meet these requirements, Loepfe’s R&D team have only used state-of-the-art and fastest processors and measuring technology available today in the development of the new YarnMaster ZENIT+yarn clearer. In the new YarnMaster ZENIT+ yarn clearer generation, the functions of all three available LOEPFE sensor technologies are perfectly tuned with each other. These innovative technical components allow even more precise yarn clearing and a multi-layered evaluation of the measuring results.
Complete overview at the touch of a button Thanks to its clearly structured graphic user interface, its reliability and extremely simple operation, the new central unit LZE-V serves as innovative cockpit. The newly designed dashboard provides the user with all required information at the touch of a button. Everything is available at a glance and in real time.
Those responsible for quality in any spinning mill appreciate the highly selective setting options supported by an extension of the classification matrix in the YarnMaster ZENIT+ yarn clearing system with 152 thick place classes as well as 36 thin place
classes!
YarnMaster 1N1:
With the most precise optical sensor available in an Open End yarn clearer, Loepfe YarnMaster 1N1 covers the basic needs in an Open End spinning mill with the known reliability and accuracy of Loepfe sensor technology. Also YarnMaster 3N1 and 1N1 yarn clearers are “built to see more” and for the comfort of our customers are controlled today with the same 15.6 inch screen central unit LZE-V as used in YarnMaster ZENIT+, providing a complete overview of all quality and production related data at the touch of a button!
WeftMaster FALCON-i
Loepfe’s new yarn defects sensor FALCON-i is not only complementing the various available knotless weaving concepts, but can be used in many different processes down the textile production chain - wherever an individual yarn monitoring should ensure quality!
The optical yarn defects sensor FALCON-i for a simple and reliable monitoring of all finest knots, filamentation, fluff, smallest thick places or capillary breaks on running threads! Also with FALCON-i, Loepfe’s key message remains valid: Most advanced optical sensor technology monitor yarn quality with highest accuracy and reliability – independent of environmental conditions and consider all visual yarn quality characteristics –“BUILT TO SEE MORE”!
