Swedish company Meda OTC chose Graham Packaging Europe for assistance in the launch of two new mouthwash products that span the generations in new bottle designs.
Graham Packaging has worked closely with their distributors in Sweden, in order to supply a lightweight 500ml gloss white, PET bottle, which weighs only 30.5g, and the result is the bottles of NaF Fruit Mint for kids (0.05% sodium fluoride) and NaF Fresh Mint for adults (0.2% sodium fluoride).
NaF, the chemical symbol for sodium fluoride, protects the teeth from harmful acids that can cause tooth decay.
Graham Packaging key account manager Marcel van Galen said the new NaF range of mouthwashes is an example of how it can work with customers, which will encourage use by children in particular, enabling the important dental care procedure to become a fun thing to do in the bathroom.
"The bottles are ideal in the bathroom as they are easy to handle and unbreakable," said van Galen.
