Paqui sells tortillas and tortilla chips that are claimed to be made with unbleached, untreated flour, or by stone grinding corn.

Its tortillas and tortilla chips feature a variety of quality ingredients including fire-roasted jalapenos, fresh cilantro leaves, buttermilk, pumpkin and other spices and flavours.

Paqui brand tortillas and tortilla chips are currently sold in Kroger and Whole Foods.

SkinnyPop president and CEO Tom Ennis said: "We are thrilled to welcome the Paqui brand to the better-for-you family of snack food brands.

"Paqui brand tortilla chips are some of the best chips I've ever tasted, and we are excited about using the SkinnyPop platform to help introduce the Paqui brand to more consumers around the country."
