US-based Carneros Brewing is set to launch on 14 August 2013 at Sonoma in California.
The Mexican-American immigrants Jesus, Pedro, Armando and Manuel Ceja founded the new brewery.
The new microbrewery will offer handcrafted beers such as Jefe-Weizen, Morena Ale, Cerveza Pilsner, Carneros IPA and Negra IPA.
Carneros Brewing brewmaster Jesus Ceja said that the new brewery will provide an alternative to the many strong hoppy brews, which are available today.
"And the brewery's location on busy Highway 12 is ideal," Ceja added.
Carneros Brewing partner Pedro Ceja said, "Our goal is to produce brews that are balanced and food friendly that will pair well with many styles of cuisine."
