US-based pressure sensitive labeling solutions provider Technicote has announced the reopening of the newly renovated pressure sensitive adhesive and silicone coating facility at Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, US.
Technicote president Doug Connell said that after the past devastating accident they didn't even envision opening the new facility, according to labelsandlabeling.com.
"I remember meeting with all the employees on Sunday afternoon, two days after the fire and telling them that we'd emerge from this set back stronger and better than ever. It's very rewarding standing here today and seeing that vision being fulfilled," Connell said.
Technicote marketing director Gary Stover said its customers can look ahead for the commitment to provide exceptional, specialty label and silicone coated liner products and an industry source for developing new product technology.
According to the company, the new building is 51,600ft2, which is approximately 20% larger than the original one to support additional expansion of the business with new equipment and upgrades.
