SanTan Brewing is planning to open a new distribution facility in the US to expand its regional and national distribution.
The company plans to invest $6m in the new 35,000sq ft facility that will serve as a warehouse and production center and is located in Chandler, Arizona.
SanTan Brewing owner and head brewer Anthony Canecchia said that it is important for the company to grow but also to keep its brewing and distribution in the city of Chandler.
"The new brewery will allow us to expand our quality control lab to ensure that our craft beer is always the highest quality and consistent," Canecchia said.
Expected to start delivery by May 2013, the new facility with a new 50 barrel brewhouse system, will have the capacity to brew over 500,000 cases of beer.
