RPM International Inc. announced that Arturo Hernandez has joined the company as director of global compliance. In this role, he will be responsible for managing the company’s corporate compliance program worldwide.
Hernandez most recently worked for the U.S. Department of Justice as an assistant U.S. attorney. While with the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Northern District of Ohio, he served as deputy chief, major and cyber crimes section and as the ethics advisor. Prior, he was a deputy district attorney with the Denver District Attorney’s Office from 1997 to 2004. Hernandez also has experience in civil litigation. Additionally, he is a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.
Hernandez holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University and a law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is a resident of Bath, Ohio.
