UK-based block foams manufacturer Zotefoams has created a new type of roll foams which can be instantly laminated to produce various color combinations.
The foams are available under the brand name microZOTE in densities ranging from 200kg to 400kg / m3 with small cell sizes and in a wide selection of colors. They are produced using the MuCell microcellular extrusion technology.
According to the company, the new range is suitable for applications such as packaging and is used as a protection layer for tool boxes, dividers.
The new inert foams are recyclable and will protect without fear of causing degradation or corrosion.
microZOTE foams possess good mechanical properties due to the uniform microcellular cell structure and have a smooth surface finish.
