Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Company of North Dakota (FUMIC-ND) has implemented EbixAdvantage as its new solution for end-to-end SaaS platform based policy administration system requirements.
The software is scheduled to be used by the company for all its front and back end policy administration needs, including rating, underwriting, policy administration, accounting, general ledger, as well as billing and claims management.
FUMIC-ND general manager Mark Anderson said, "We are confident that Ebix will help us provide deep and broad functionality for our core operations and has the flexibility to help us quickly and effectively deliver enhanced customer service."
Ebix US P&C Operations vice president Jon Mayo said the company is looking to ensure its end-to-end back-end solutions help FUMIC-ND deliver insurance throughout all distribution mediums, while enhancing underwriting discipline and lowering operational costs.
