US-based Van Otis has launched a new line of assorted Gourmet Caramels, just in time for the holidays, to complement its range of fine chocolates and candies.
The new range of Gourmet Caramels includes six premium flavors such as Vanilla Bean, Pumpkin, Raspberry, Anise, Sea Salt and Molasses. The 16-piece box is available online or in-store for $10.50.
This new range, which features a blend of innovative flavors, has been developed by Van Otis' Master Chocolatier after experimenting on various recipes, said the company.
The seasonal flavor such as Pumpkin Caramel covered in white chocolate will be available for a limited time, but will be replaced with holiday-inspired flavors throughout the coming months.
Van Otis general manager Milton Canotas concurs said, "We've been inviting shoppers to sample the caramels and initial feedback has been phenomenal".
Van Otis is spread over the 20,000ft2 retail location, features a candy showroom and a 5,000 ft2 candy-making kitchen. It produces a variety of specialty chocolates, including Swiss Fudge.
