Food ingredient blends provider Blendhub has built and installed a new 'big bags' packaging system for its Portable Powder Blending facility.
The system is said to be an additional module capable of packaging powdered products of quantities ranging from 300kg to 800kg.
Compatible with the traditional packaging in bags of 15kg to 25kg, the packaging system also features the portable factory.
The system is claimed to offer better flexibility without making changes in its operating, while supporting the company in meeting various packaging needs of the food powder distributors.
Big bags system uses vacuum process to fill the bags, while ensuring that the tightness, safety and quality of the packaging process is maintained.
Made of stainless steel, the bag filling machine comes with a design that simplifies maintenance and cleaning tasks of all components.
According to the company, the big bags packaging system can is easy to transport in a 20ft container and can be assembled at the factory without the use of cranes.
