The Belgian company Spano Group.N.V.acquired all shares in the refining company B&M S.A.with effect from 5 February 2012.The two sides put pen to paper on 3 February.B&M had a staff of 14 and generated revenues of approximately 3.2m last year.Spano will absorb all of its employees.Raoul Vancrabeekx will stay on as sales director,with Jan Dhondt remaining in charge of production.Spano added B&Ms activities to its Wood Coating Solutions business unit,which has run a varnishing plant at the Oostrozebeke headquarters for a few years.
