Officeworks has introduced an online hub which will provide individuals and small businesses access to a suite of print and copy services.
The redesigned online centre complements the in-store offering and will allow customers to complete their print and copy jobs such as document prints, business cards, banners, posters and digital photo prints remotely from the Officeworks website.
Officeworks national merchandise manager Phil Bishop said that the online print and copy centre represents a important component of the Officeworks' multi-channel business approach.
"E-commerce has been a significant part of the Officeworks offering for some time. It is steadily growing and represents 13 per cent of our total business,” Bishop said.
“Convenience and accessibility from suppliers continue to be increasingly important considerations for both individuals and SMEs and we continue to adapt our services to meet these needs,” he said.
“We are certainly not moving away from our bricks and mortar operations. By offering our print and copy services online and on the ground, we are meeting the growing demands of Australian SMEs. It is all about being wherever they are, be it on the street, at their computer or on their mobile,” he said.
Officeworks plans to open its 150th store this year.
