New Jersey-based psychiatric rehabilitation service agency, Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services, has selected Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance's (MassMutual) Retirement Services Division as the new supplier of its retirement plan that serves over 230 participants.
MassMutual's Retirement Services Division and International executive vice president, chairman and CEO Elaine Sarsynski said the company will field right retirement planning and plan health tools to improve the value of its retirement plan to employees.
Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services operations director Ronald West said, "MassMutual Retirement Services was an ideal match to the needs of Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services' 403(b) plan."
MetLife's Conor Egan, who helped Bridgeway in selecting a new retirement plan provider, said the decision was based on MassMutual's financial strength and stability, excellent market reputation and robust investment offering.
"MassMutual excelled during the conversion process in terms of planning, organization, and execution, and truly has a winning combination of people, products and services," Egan added.
Founded in 1851, MassMutual offers life, disability income and long term care insurance as well as retirement/401(k) plan services, and annuities.
