Onboard Corrugated acquired corrugated packaging firm Calpack from East Kent Cartons, for an undisclosed sum.
Welsh company Calpack, which has a 20,000ft2 facility with 15 employees, makes single face corrugated sheet in E-flute and micro flutes for high specification packs, according to Packaging News.
Onboard Corrugated director Jeff Hare said this acquisition would broaden the company's offer to include added value products for its customers.
"The Calpack team is skilled, experienced and committed to making customers happy - a pleasing side effect of a thoroughly stable and dedicated workforce," Hare added.
Onboard corrugated produces more than 40m2 of sheet form its Wolverhampton facility.
