U.S. District Court ruled on Wednesday (January 30), the South Korean electronics giant Samsung Electronics Company (Samsung Electronics Co.) will not face more compensations in a patent dispute with Apple Inc.
United States court adjudged that Samsung did not infringe Apple's patents premeditatedly.
In August last year, a U.S. jury judged Samsung to compensate Apple $ 1.05 billion, but dismissed Apple’ request for more compensation.
