Barnes & Noble has announced a new partnership with renowned pastry chef-to-the-stars, Mich Turner, to feature her specially designed spring cookie at stores nationwide.
Launching today, the beautifully decorated cookie is available in the Barnes & Noble Café for $2.95.

Mich Turner is considered a rock-star pastry chef in Britain and is renowned for her incomparable cake-decorating skills. She is the founder of the Little Venice Cake Company and is often described as the "Queen of Couture Cakes" by her A-list clientele. She has created more than 10,000 custom cakes for dignitaries and celebrities including Her Majesty The Queen, Madonna, Ozzy Osbourne, David Beckham, Simon Cowell and more. She was also described as "The Bentley of Cake Makers" by Gordon Ramsay and "The Michelangelo of Cakes" by Pierce Brosnan.
Mich was awarded an MBE (Order of the British Empire) by The Queen in 2010, an extremely high honor awarded for a significant achievement or outstanding service to the community. She had her own baking show on British TV and is the author of several bestselling cookbooks including her most recent title, Mich Turner's Cake School.
