KBA China will be exhibiting its large-format Rapida 145 press whose production speed is of up to 17,000 sheets per hour.
The press on the world market will be shown in a five-color coater configuration.
The Rapida 145 has an enlarged sheet format (106 x 145 cm) which distinguishes it from Rapida 142, and has wider range of automation options geared to even faster makeready and higher net productivity.
The automation, which begins at the fully preset-capable feeder, continues right through to AirTronic delivery, which allows users to gain from features such as the sidelay-free infeed DriveTronic SIS, and the fast CleanTronic Synchro washing system with its two separate beams for blanket and impression cylinder washing.
