Bravo Sports Corp., global leader in the recreational and sporting goods markets, announces the acquisition of Pro-Tec, the original action sports protective gear brand founded in 1973.
Bravo Sports Corp. has acquired protective gear company Pro-Tec from Dye Precision, Inc., adding it to its portfolio of action sports brands, which include SixSixOne and ONE Industries. The purchase price was undisclosed.
Pro-Tec’s day-to-day operations will move to Bravo Sports’ South Orange County campus from its headquarters in San Diego.
