Dot ice cream is also referred to as pelletized ice cream, ice cream Dots, teeny-tiny drops or bolitas are other names for the fun novelty product. Dot ice cream is produced from traditional ice cream ingredients and specially frozen using liquid nitrogen to flash freeze into pellets of ice cream.
