The QUANT e-Sportlimousine has been officially approved by the District Government of Upper Palatinate Bavaria for use on the Public roads in Europe.
The sports car features a drive-train concept with four electric motors with nanoFlOWCELL technology which is powered by salt water.
The four seater car has 912hp engine and features a projected speed of over 350km/h that can accelerate from 0-100 in 2.8 seconds, and can pump 2,900 NM torque.
It has a length of over 5.25m, height of 1.35m and width of more than 2.2m along with a range of more than 600km.
QUANT e-Sportlimousine chief technical officer Nunzio La Vecchia said: "This is a historic moment and a milestone not only for our company but perhaps even for the electro-mobility of the future. For the first time an automobile featuring flow-cell electric drive technology will appear on Germany's roads."
He also added: "Now that the automobile has been approved for use on public roads in Germany and Europe we can enter into detailed planning with our partners, adding an exciting new chapter to the future of electro-mobility."
