Volvo has expanded its range of diesel engines lineup in the European market with the launch of a new entry-level five-cylinder 2.0-liter turbocharged engine for its V60, V70, S80 and S60 models.
The new D3 diesel engine can be mated to either an automatic or manual cogswapper, and is capable of producing 134hp, reports WhatCar.
Volvo's updated diesel engines lineup now comprises the 113bhp D2, 134bhp D3, 161bhp D4, and 212bhp D5.
The company said its deliveries of updated range of diesel engines will start in May, and customers can put orders later this month.
