Garden of Life, a US-based producer of whole food nutritional supplements, has launched Fair Trade, Marley Coffee flavors of ‘Raw Protein’ and ‘Raw Meal’ – the company’s leading organic meal replacement and protein supplement, respectively.
According to Garden of Life, the collaboration reflects its initiative to support sustainable, organic local family farms while offering premium, innovative whole foods nutritional supplements to consumers.
Garden of Life president Brian Ray said that the company is pleased to partner with Marley Coffee, as the Marley brand is recognized and respected worldwide.
"Raw Protein and Raw Meal are best sellers in health food stores nationwide because they are raw, vegan, USDA Certified Organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free. Adding fair trade organic Marley Coffee will be a treat for our thousands of protein and meal replacement devotees," Ray added.
Marley Coffee is an international gourmet coffee company founded by Rohan Marley. The company sources beans from around the world, including Ethiopia, Central America and Jamaica.
Rohan Marley said that currently, the company's coffees are distributed through Whole Foods in the Southern Pacific Region, but this national launch of Marley Coffee flavored Garden of Life products will enable the company to gain visibility at all Whole Foods.
Garden of Life's raw, organic meal replacement and protein supplements are made with raw organic sprouted grains, seeds, greens, fruits and vegetables, the products also contain vitamins, minerals, live probiotics and enzymes. Marley Coffee Raw Protein and Raw Meal are available exclusively at Whole Foods.
