UK’s artisan producer Moorish Smoked Dips is set to launch a brand new trio of oak smoked tapenades in Waitrose.
In the upcoming week, the company will start offering three new tapenades, including Oak smoked green olive tapenade, Oak smoked black olive tapenade and Oak smoked red pepper & Sun dried tomato tapenade.
Waitrose spokesperson said: "We are delighted to be launching a fantastic new line from Moorish, a product that is bang on trend and absolutely delicious, all made with the Moorish twist of smoked ingredients."
Oak smoked green olive tapenade combines the green olives with fresh herbs for a punchy versatile dip, while oak smoked black olive tapenade blends the black olives with the capers and fresh herbs for an intensely flavoursome dip.
The oak smoked red pepper & sun dried tomato tapenade are made from a combination of red peppers and sun-dried tomatoes.
These new offerings are said to be vegan-friendly and free from gluten-containing ingredients.
The company claims that all its products are naturally-cold smoked over oak chips which helps them last longer and are free from artificial colours or flavours.
