Swiss pharmaceutical packaging machinery manufacturer Dividella has selected the linear modular L400 labeling system from self-adhesive labels and labeling systems manufacturer Pago.
The system uses a PAGOmat 6/2A labeling head and accomplishes labeling from below with precise timing at all speeds. It labels up to 80 products per minute and develops a simple label to be applied from below on upright collapsible boxes which are already filled with ampoules.
UK-based Pago said the machine ensures smooth product delivery with controlled motion, register tracking and lateral retaining straps, verifies and synchronises the label code using the data management system, and sorts and removes defective products without damaging the fragile contents.
Dividella specialises in the development and production of packaging equipment for pharma industry and develops secure packaging solutions for vials, syringes, injectors, needles, blisters or other fragile pharmaceutical products.
