Florida-based packaging and printing products firm has announced acquisition of Photocraft, which makes rotary optical encoders and sensors.
Tri-Tronics president Scott Seehawers aid the takeover is in line with serving its markets with precision products in order to meet complex industrial automation needs, and the move is synergistic with its production and sales efforts.
"We have a good set of innovative products and a fairly broad scope of products that we can offer the packaging industry." added Seehawer.
According to the firm, this step would help in developing additional products suited for the packaging industry and provide more products for cross-selling.
