US based car maker Renovo Motors unveiled the production prototype of Renovo Coupe, a two-seater all electric vehicle at the 2014 Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance.
The car uses patent-pending battery technology, and the multiple separate battery enclosures allow performance-oriented weight distribution.
Renovo Coupe can go from 0-60 mph in 3.4 seconds; and it can produce 500 horsepower with its high- voltage battery pack.
The car is designed such a way, so that a driver can handle several controls and access information systems from the cockpit.
Renovo CEO Christopher Heiser said: "Renovo Motors sought to create an aspirational vehicle that demonstrates the performance, control, and excitement that is possible with EV technology."
"We have poured our passion and innovation into the Coupe in an effort to deliver a truly amazing driving experience, and we're honored to present the Production Prototype of our car at the Concours d'Elegance."
Renovo Coupe will enter production in 2015, but the company will only make limited number of the electric car initially.
