US-based Cascade Brewing is set to introduce a new beer called Figaro on 11 July.
The new sour ale is aged in Chardonnay barrels for 12 months, as well as with dried white figs and lemon peel for another 12 months.
Figaro includes aromas of sweet figs, golden raisins and citrus zest, while hints of white wine grapes and lemon peel contributes crisp lemon tartness to the beer.
The brewery will also introduce another beer called Tangerine Dream NW on 18 July, reports thefullpint.com.
Tangerine Dream is aged in rum barrels for 20 months with tangerine zest and blended with aged Apricot Ale.
Figaro will be available at a price of $25 and Tangerine Dream for $30.
