RFG Canada is voluntarily recalling certain frozen pizza products as they contain mustard which is not mentioned on the label, according to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).
The products being recalled include Donatello's Rizin' Crust Pepperoni Bake & Rise Pizza of 715g; Zia Maria Pepperoni Rising Crust Pizza of 840g and Zia Maria Deluxe Rising Crust Pizza of 927g.
The recall affects products that bear UPC 7 76808 01112 7, 7 74223 23956 0, 7 74223 23957 7 and all date codes.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products. Consumption of the recalled products may result in a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons sensitive to mustard.
RFG Canada is recalling the products, while the CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
