The recalled products include 20.625 lb and 9.375 lb cases containing 60 5.5oz and 2.5oz pieces of Tamales with Pork Carnitas, Green Chile & Oregano Wrapped in Corn Husks, respectively.

These should have been part of the original 15,600 pounds of pork products that were recalled on 11 April.

On 11 April, the company recalled 15,600 pounds of pork tamales, pork Yucatan, and beef brisket taquitos items that were produced between 9 April 2014 and 8 April 2015.

The recalled products bear the establishment number EST. 20949 inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The recall has been initiated after FSIS in-plant personnel found that the products contain undeclared soy protein, during routine verification activities.

No illnesses have been reported associated with the recall.

This recall has been classified as Class II health hazard situation where there is a remote probability of adverse health consequences from the use of the product.
