Deb Shops Inc, a leading fashion retailer for young women, announces the launch of its new ecommerce site. The new site, built on the Demandware Commerce platform, showcases improved design and enhanced functionality, giving shoppers an optimal online shopping experience.
Deb Shops required a new ecommerce platform that could scale with its growing business and fully integrate into the other areas of its operations. By selecting Demandware, Deb Shops was able to leverage the benefits of Demandware's cloud-based commerce platform to eliminate the need to source and maintain costly infrastructure for ecommerce and instead focus on delivering a superior shopping experience to its customers.
"Deb Shops is another great example of what can happen when you combine the power of a cloud in commerce platform with the skills of an experienced implementation design partner like Lyons Consulting Group," said Jamus Driscoll, senior vice president of marketing for Demandware. "It's great to be a part of Deb Shops' continued innovation and growth."
The new site was built by Lyons Consulting Group (lyonscg), a premier ecommerce strategy, design, development and support firm in less than three months. In a tight timeframe, lyonscg was able to help Deb Shops rebrand and redesign onto the Demandware Commerce platform. lyonscg provided brand guidance, annotated wireframes for optimized navigation and layout, creative design, development, data integration to several backend systems including a new Order Management System, customizations, testing, and training.
"Our clients trust us to build reliable ecommerce solutions," said Rich Lyons, CEO and Founder of Lyons Consulting Group. "Building the new site on the Demandware Commerce platform was a great choice for Deb Shops and will definitely give them the needed flexibility and scalability as the business grows."
